You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities in each space with a parlor in the main house. Guests who rent the entire property will have use of the gas firepit, courtyard, and patios. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all three spaces.

*The main house has four bedrooms, a pullout couch on the first floor, three full baths and sleeps 14.
*The penthouse has two bedrooms, a pullout couch, two full baths and sleeps 8.
*The carriage house has two bedrooms, a pullout couch on the first floor, three full baths and sleeps 8.
*The Birdhouse on Meridian provides easy access to I-65 and I-70.
*Parking for the main house is provided for two cars on the left side of the driveway. There is one additional parking pass in the main house for a car to be parked on the north side of Norwood Street next to the house.
*Parking for the penthouse is provided for two cars on the right side of the driveway. There is one additional parking pass in the penthouse for a car to be parked on the north side of Norwood Street next to the house.
*Parking for the carriage house is provided for one car on Norwood Street in front of the carriage house. One additional parking pass is provided in the rental for one additional car on Norwood Street.
*There is metered parking on Meridian Street in front of the property
*Parking on the stamped concrete patio is strictly prohibited.
*The Birdhouse on Meridian is two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, five blocks from the Convention Center, and four blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
*The penthouse and the 2nd floor main bedroom facing north have breathtaking views of Monument Circle looking north on Meridian Street.
