A Little More About the Property
*The Birdhouse on Meridian provides easy access to I-65 and I-70.
*Parking for the penthouse is provided for two cars on the right side of the driveway. An additional parking pass is located in the rental unit for one car to be parked on Norwood Street.
*There is metered parking on Meridian Street in front of the main house, which is free in the evenings.
*Parking on the stamped concrete patio is strictly prohibited.
*The Birdhouse on Meridian is two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, five blocks from the Convention Center, and four blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
*The penthouse living room provides a breathtaking view of Monument Circle, looking north on Meridian Street.
